About Sajid Huq
This blog is basically an attempt to ward off atrophy of my writing muscles. My name is Sajid Huq and previously, I have blogged for large Desi and widely acclaimed American political blogs, including the Huffington Post. Sometimes, I eat paid thai in other imaginery homelands, wishing I were a Midnight’s Child.

I liked the piece. Its very crucial at this moment to keep our ( those who are outarged at the carnage in gaza and the havoc being wreaked by the Israeli govt) to hold on to our sanity past all the shock and numbness. And not to let the world be divided into two sharp clashing blocs , perhaps. The silence of the Arab world is beyond our understanding ( or is it?)Opinion has to mount day by day, till the perpetartors of genocide world wide are shunned and ostarcised.Pls keep on writing in this vein- there is an alarming strain of hate being spread rather than anger and analysis and sane action.
Glad you liked the piece. Keep checking back for updates on the Gaza situation.
Jesus, blog under your name already!

Hi, what’s this reference to pad thai, Mister? I distinctly remember you opting Malay over Thai food.
